Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original JW PEI dust bag and box, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is in its original condition.
Ship the Item
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
